A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I was born and raised in Antwerp, Belgium, where belgian design values shaped my passion for interior design. living just minutes from Maison Guiette, a Le Corbusier masterpiece, sparked my fascination with architecture. at 17, I moved to Barcelona to study interior architecture, soaking in the city's captivating spanish architecture, with a particular admiration for the works of Antoni Gaudi. (I mean, who doesn’t?)
frequent trips to africa during my childhood ignited my love for its landscapes and sustainable building techniques. african art, culture, and traditions deeply resonate with me, influencing my design aesthetics today. my projects reflect a blend of belgian, spanish, and african influences, blending heritage with modern design principles.
as a proud dog mom of harley and winston, and growing up in a household of 7, I understand the importance of creating practical and soothing spaces for both families and their furry companions. in my bustling life, a clutter-free and comforting home is essential. and if you haven't noticed yet, I have a penchant for writing!
